On the occasion of the 3rd edition of the Polish Salon in Brebières, the Association of Polish Traders and Craftsmen invites you to share an authentic Polish meal on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., in the Sala du Châtelet.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, come and discover hearty dishes inspired by Polish traditions, prepared by Traiteur Chez Vous, while enjoying musical entertainment provided by the Freddy Mark Orchestra.

For this edition we offer a full menu based on high-quality products:
Appetizer
Salmon marinated in vodka, served with cucumber tzatziki.
Main course
Braised pork knuckle, forest sauce, served with red cabbage with apples and new potatoes.
Dessert
Creamy Pavlova with fruit and forest fruit sauce.
Coffee
A hearty meal that will take you to the heart of Poland's flavors.
