1995: the beginning of a great adventure
On 9 April 1995, in Nœux-les-Mines, the very first Polish Gastronomic and Artisan Fair was held, organised at the initiative of our president Jérôme ANTOCHEWICZ. This founding event marked the beginning of a human and cultural adventure driven by the desire to discover and transmit Polish traditions in the Hauts-de-France.
For over 30 years, we have passionately worked to bring Polish culture to life through the organisation of fairs, events, and friendly meetings. Gastronomy, crafts, folklore, music, and traditions are at the heart of our commitment to preserve and transmit this cultural heritage to the greatest number.
